2022-01-21Honourable Mr Justice N. Seshasayee2 pages

C.S.No.231 of 2002 N.SESHASAYEE, J.

This case is listed under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the plaintiffs.

2.In the concluding paragraph [Paragraph no.10(a)] 1/7th share has been declared to the plaintiffs 3 and 4, whereas, it should be plaintiffs 5 to 7. This error necessarily needs to be corrected and in the second line of the same paragraph, it is stated that the suit as concerning the plaintiffs 1 and 5 to 7 is dismissed, whereas, it must be plaintiffs 1, 3 and 4. This also requires to be corrected.

3.Paragraph 10(a) will now read as below;

"the suit is partially decreed and 1/7th share of the plaintiffs 5 to 7 is declared and as concerning plaintiffs 1, 3 and 4, the suit is dismissed."
