Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in its order dated 07.09.2021 made in Crl.M.P.No. 8744 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No. 13562 of 2021 to report before the respondent police on the 1st and 15th day of every month until further orders till the filing of chargesheet. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DASS AND VISWA ASSOCIATES, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 07.09.2021 in Crl.MP.No.8744 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.13562 of 2021, this Court has already modified the conditions imposed on the petitioner. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking further relaxation of the conditions..

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 07.09.2021 alone stands modified that till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30.am. All other conditions remain unaltered.
