PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent to transfer the petitioner to the supernumerary seat in MDS (Orthodontics) in the 5th respondent college at Chennai without break in attendance in the MDS (Orthodontics) course after giving credit for the attendance put in by the petitioner in the 4th respondent.
