..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to release the petitioner's son namely Vinoth @ Vinoth Kumar, son of Selvaraj aged about 25 years confined at Central Prison, Coimbatore as convicted prisoner No.13481 on ordinary leave under rule 20(i) of Tamil Nadu Suspension of Sentence Rules, 1982, for the period of one day to execute the documents in respect of ancestral property in Tirupur, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.12.2013.
