This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police viz., the Inspector of Police, S7, Madipakkam Police Station, Chennai to register a case on the complaint given by him on 13.05.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. In view of the order passed by this Court in Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., -Vs- The Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2, Adyar Police Station, Adyar, Chennai-600 020 and another [2016 (5) CTC 577 : 2016-2-LW (Crl.) 499], this petition is not maintainable.
