(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner is directed to report before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, CBCID, Organized Unit, Salem, Salem District daily at 10.30A.M., and 05.30 P.M., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.7174 of 2020 dated 22.07.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.71747 of 2020 dated 22.07.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, CBCID, Organized Unit, Salem, Salem District every Monday and every Friday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
