JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR,J.) Instant Writ Appeal is filed against the order made in W.P.No.30092 of 2017 dated 30.01.2019, by which, writ Court interfered with the order of transfer.
2. On this day, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the 1st respondent, invited the attention of this Court to G.o.Ms.No157 Social Welfare and Mid day Meal Scheme Department dated 05.07.2019 and submitted that on the charges framed against the 1st respondent under rule 17(b) of the Tamil Nadu Civil Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, punishment of censure has been imposed. She further submitted that Government have also issued orders in G.O.Ms.No.199 Social Welfare Scheme and Mid Day Meal Scheme Department dated 31.07.2019, permitting the 1st respondent to retire from service on attaining the age of superannuation on 31.07.2019. Accordingly proceedings R.C.No.1340/A2/2018 dated 31.07.2019 has been issued by District Project Director, Chennai 600 018, relieving the petitioner on attaining the age of superannuation on 31.07.2019.
3. The above submission of the learned counsel for the first respondent is placed on record.
4. In the light of the above submission of learned counsel for the first respondent, nothing survives for adjudication in the instant Writ Appeal. Accordingly, Writ Appeal is dismissed. No costs.
