Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of mandamus directing the Respondents to consider the Petitioner for selection and admission to Higher Speciality Course 2016-17 under service category based on the selection to the post of Assistant Surgeon through Medical Services Recruitment Board, 2013 and consequently grant admission to the petitioner in Higher Speciality Course 2016-17 session in the Speciality of M.Ch., (Urology).
