RC.NO.RCMA 1/2016 A 0021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners that they should appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.OP.No.12355 of 2018 on 3rd may 2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.BENZ REAGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SRINIVASAN, SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12355 of 2017 on 03.05.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.12355 of 2017 on 03.05.2018 regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.12355 of 2017 on 03.05.2018 is relaxed. However, the

petitioners will themselves be available, as and when required by the respondent.
