[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Mr.Abul Kalam, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents. Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that 50% of the amount has already been paid and there is no basis for demand. The learned Single Judge has not considered the relevant materials and proceeded on the footing that the issue is with respect to the e-tax, which is factually incorrect.
Considering the same, there shall be an order of interim stay pending disposal of the appeal.
