This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to disburse 10% interest on belated payment of terminal benefits as per the proceedings Na.Ka.No.1487-E1-2018, dated 16.08.2018 issued by the first respondent and as per the petitioner's representation dated 26.06.2023.

2. When the matter was taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties and the amounts have been paid to the petitioner on 18.08.2023 and also filed a memo signed by the petitioner to that effect.

3. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner 2/4

and the memo filed by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as settled out of Court. No costs.
