Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned order bearing Ref.No.Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No. 11255/A4/NHM/2021 dated 29.07.2022 on the file of the 4th respondent and to quash the same and consequently, direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to permit the petitioner to continue in the post of District Quality Consultant, Salem District with the 4th respondent as per the agreement of contract dated 30.04.2022.
