PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the 2nd respondent herein viz the Inspector of Police, Thalaivasal Police Station, Salem District, to provide police protection to petitioner for petrol bunk namely ''Sakthi Agency'' which is situated in S.No.378/6 Siruvachiyur Village, Attur Taluk Salem District. O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner for petrol bunk namely "Sakthi Agency" which is situated in S.No.378/6 Siruvachiyur Village, Attur Taluk, Salem Distrct.

2.It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the respondents on 28.09.2021, the same is still pending without any progress.

3.In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the third respondent and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
