ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records in Industrial Dispute No.8 of 2019 on the file of the Labour Court, Cuddalore dated 28.02.2022 and quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, both side counsel admitted that already back wages was paid to the workman and in this regard Claim Petition is also pending before the Labour Court, Cuddalore in C.P.No.20 of 2022. Since the writ petitioner/1st respondent deposited the entire amount before the Labour Court in the I.D.No.8 of 2019 in respect of the back wages and the same was already withdrawn by the workman, it is for them to workout their remedy before the Labour Court in C.P.No.20 of 2022 in respect of the above said petition. Hence, no further order is required to be passed in this case.

3. In view of the above said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 16.07.2025 mpa
