ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to respondents 2 and 3 to take necessary action in pursuant to the proceedings of the 1st Respondent bearing O.Mu.No.E4/4480638/2025.

The petitioner lodged complaint before the first respondent alleging that respondents 4 to 6 conducted temple festival by creating trust for Arulmigu Sri Mariamman Tirukovil situated at Virugambakkam. It is further alleged that respondents 4 to 6 usurped the administration of the temple. It is seen that there is a dispute regarding the right to administrate the said temple. Hence, the complaint lodged by the petitioner cannot be considered since there is no involvement of any crime. Therefore, though the complaint lodged by the petitioner was forwarded by the first respondent to the file of the second respondent, it cannot be considered. As such, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed. 3.

In view of the above discussion, this writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the civil court

for appropriate relief in respect of the right over the administration of Arulmigu Sri Mariamman Tirukovil situated at Virugambakkam. There shall be no order as to costs.
