Aggrieved against the inaction on the part of the respondent to give reply to the representation made by the petitioner dated 23.07.2012, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. The petitioner's grievance is that he was a Ticket Sales Man in the respondent's temple. Admittedly, he had been absent to duty from 30.05.2012 to 05.06.2012 and on 17.06.2012 again he did not attend duty till 30.06.2012, since he was not keeping good health. In this regard he had given a representation to the respondent dated 23.07.2012 requesting them to condone his absence and re-instate him in service.

3. In view of the limited prayer for a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and without going into the merits of the request made by the petitioner, the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.07.2012 and pass orders on its own merits within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
