This petition has been filed to amend the claim made by the petitioner/appellant in MCOP.No.455 of 2016 on the file of the MACT/IV Additional District Court, Bhavani at Erode as Rs.45,00,000/- instead of 35,00,000/-.

2. Heard Ma.Pa.Thangavel, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms.S,R.Sumathi, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition having been perused is accepted. Hence, this petition is ordered. Post on 06.06.2023.
