ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.05.2025, seeking bail in Crime No.334 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 296(b), 309(4), 311, 351(3) of BNS Act.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other Page No.1 of 3

accused abused the defacto complainant in filthy language and also robbed a sum of Rs.450/- at knife point. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, petitioner is an innocent person and false case has been foisted against him. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor reiterated the prosecution case and opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner stating that the petitioner has 17 previous case.

5. Considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
