O R D E R

The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of the representations dated 23.08.2018, 11.04.2019 and 15.06.2019 and to restore the supply in HTSC No.145 in S.F.No.77/5, Nambiyur Road, Kuttagam, Thirumalai Koundampalayam Post, Vemandampalayam Via., Avinashi Taluk, Tiruppur District.

2.The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents submits that default was committed by the petitioner on various occasions.

3.After hearing the counsel for some time, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he restricts his prayer to an extent of disposing of his representations dated 23.08.2018, 11.04.2019 and 15.06.2019 and not pressing the relief of restoration of supply. 4.Considering the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 23.08.2018, 11.04.2019 and 15.06.2019 and pass orders, within a period of four weeks from today. No costs.
