JUDGMENT

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) This writ appeal is directed against the order dated 8.7.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.14049 of 2022.

2. Learned counsel for the appellants submitted that the first respondent bank has given offer letter to the appellants to settle the dues under Special One-Time Settlement (OTS) Scheme with terms and conditions. The appellants have agreed for the said OTS and the terms and conditions. Learned counsel for the appellants has also produced the offer letter of the first respondent bank dated

23.9.2024.

3. In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in the present appeal and the appeal has become infructuous. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, C.M.P.Nos.17026 and 17027 of 2024 are closed.
