The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 506(ii) of I.P.C, in Crime No. Not known of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that FIR in Crime No.170 of 2022 has been registered against the petitioner.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is dismissed with a liberty to file a fresh petition.
