These petitions have been filed by the appellant / wife seeking stay on operation of the judgments in O.S.No.275, 299 & 339 of 2021 and O.S.No.14 of 2022 passed by the V-Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai.

2.The three suits namely, O.S.Nos.275, 299 & 339 of 2021 were filed by the wife challenging the Talaqs pronounced by the husband. O.S.No.14 of 2022 was filed by the husband for a declaration that the Talaqs pronounced on 01.10.2021, 02.11.2021 & 04.12.2021 are valid. The Family Court, which tried these suits together dismissed the three suits filed by the wife, while granting a decree for declaration in the suit filed by the husband. We do not find any executable decree that has been passed by the Family Court in order to enable us to stay either execution or operation of the same. We therefore, see no reason to grant stay. Hence, these petitions are dismissed.
