ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to withdraw the FIR.No.334 of 2024 dated 28.06.2024 on the file of the Inspector of Police, E-1, Mamallapuram Police Station and transfer the same to the file of Central Bureau of Investigation or to special investigation Team or any other investigation agency for a fair investigation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Thirukazhukundram in P.R.C.No.8 of 2024 and the same is not taken up for trial.

3. In view of the above, no investigation is pending on the file of the second respondent in Crime No.334 of 2024. Therefore, the transfer of investigation does not arise. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
