ORDER

This writ petition has been filed praying for a direction to the third respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his men for putting up fencing around and peacefully enjoying the property comprised in Survey No.71/1A6 and Survey No.71/1A5 situated at Pavakkal Village, Uthangarai Taluk, Krishnagiri District by virtue of the petitioner's representation dated 21.05.2026 2.

Considering the circumstances of the case, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 21.05.2026 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner & respondents 4 to 7 and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to pass appropriate orders on the said representation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
