Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed by this Hon'ble Court in the Bail order dated 17.08.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.13765 of 2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.MEENAKSHI, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13765 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 366 of IPC and 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 in Crime No.665 of 2021, while granting bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court modify the condition already imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. till the investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed. -sd/- 22/10/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
