2. Captioned WMP has been filed under Rule 15 of 'Madras High Court Writ Rules, 2021' [hereinafter 'Writ Rules 2021' for the sake of convenience and brevity] by two petitioners with a prayer to file a single writ petition.

3. Adverting to paragraph 2 of the support affidavit, Mr.J.Agni Selvaraju, learned counsel on record for writ petitioners submits that cause of action is common as they are neighbours and are in common use of the Government stream.
