The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 420 I.P.C in Crime No.67 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail. 1/3

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 01.07.2025, this Court has dismissed this petition insofar as the second petitioner is concerned and granted interim anticipatory bail in favour of the first petitioner.

3. Interim anticipatory bail granted in favour of the first petitioner on 01.07.2025 shall be extended till 26.08.2025.

4. The other conditions imposed thereon shall remain unaltered.

5. Post the matter on 26.08.2025.
