Notice served to respondents 2 and 4 and their names appear in the cause list. However, there is no representation for them. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents 1 and 3.

Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, the delay of 570 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

It is made clear that petitioner is not entitled to claim interest for the delay period of 570 days on the enhanced award amount, in case of their success in the appeal.

Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal, if it is otherwise in order. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.Amar Dinesh Bhai Pandiyan, counsel for 1st respondent and Mr.S.Arunkumar, counsel for the 3rd respondent, at the time of admission.
