ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan J.) This Petition has been filed seeking permission to withdraw the entire deposited amount of ₹34,70,416/- standing to the credit of MCOP No. 76 of

2023 on the file of the MACT (Subordinate Judge), Ambattur, pending disposal of the appeal in C.M.A. No. 3678 of 2025 before this Court. 2.

Heard the learned counsel on both sides.

Taking all factors into consideration, permission is granted to the petitioner to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount standing to the credit of MCOP No. 76 of 2023 on the file of the MACT (Subordinate Judge), Ambattur. 4.
