ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, seeking for a limited relief. 2.The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of O.S. No.6861 of 2021, pending on the file of the XX Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai. 3.The petitioner is the plaintiff and the respondents are the defendants in the said suit. As seen from this petition, pleadings in the suit has got completed.

According to the petitioner, due to the filing of repeated IAs by the respondents, there is no progress shown in the main suit. The petitioner has filed the suit for recovery of possession and for arrears of rent from the respondents/defendants. 4.After giving due consideration to the year of the suit and the present status of the suit, this Court directs XX Additional City Civil Court, Chennai to dispose of O.S. No.6861 of 2021 within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.
