ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Alandur, Chennai to expedite trial in C.C.No.131 of 2022 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Alandur, Chennai to dispose of C.C.No.131 of 2022 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed off with the above direction.
