2. Heard Mr.D.Aravindan, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr.R.Chakravarthy, learned counsel for the respondents.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that he has no objection in allowing the instant application.
