Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, the delay of 569 days in filing the appeal is condoned.
It is made clear that petitioner is not entitled to claim interest for the delay period of 569 days on the enhanced award amount, in case of their success in the appeal.
