When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the de-facto complainant/intervenor objects for the withdrawal of the above petition stating that citing this petition, the petitioner has been evading arrest and the respondent police not taking any action.

3.It is made clear that this withdrawal will not preclude the respondent police to proceed in accordance with law. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
