..Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records from the third respondent in so far as it relates to his order in Na.Ka.No.E3/13833/2011 dated 10.9.2011 and quash the said order and direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner's first son M.Dinesh on compassionate grounds in any suitable post in Tirunelveli Region considering his Educational qualification in pursuant petitioner's application dated 2.9.2011.
