The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st Respondent herein to issue a No Objection Certificate, for transferring the Patta to her property at Plot No.29 Sasi Avenue East, Kalapatty Village, Coimbatore District, comprised in S.Nos.374 and 375 (Part). 2.For the very same relief, the petitioner has already approached this Court by filing W.P.No.14537 of 2017 and this Court vide order dated 03.07.2017, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, had directed the first respondent therein to consider the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation dated 16.09.2015 and the reminder dated 04.02.2017 within a time frame and even thereafter no order was passed. Hence the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that without going into the merits of the case, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents to implement the order of this Court dated 03.07.2017 made in W.P.No.14537 of 2017, within a reasonable time frame. 4.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court directs the respondents to implement the order of this Court dated 03.07.2017 made in W.P.No.14537 of 2017, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.This writ writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
