ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members based on the false complaint given by the 3rd respondent and her family members.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the first respondent is calling the petitioner frequently based on the complaint lodged by the third respondent with false allegations in respect of the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and him and under the guise of investigation, the first respondent is harassing the petitioner and thus prayed for appropriate orders.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the third respondent, the first respondent called the petitioner for enquiry and inorder to avoid the enquiry only, the petitioner has filed this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Irrespective of the submissions made on either side, this Court is constrained to pass the following order: (i) The petitioner is directed to cooperate with the enquiry.

(ii) The first respondent police is directed to conduct the enquiry in accordance with law, without harassing the petitioner.
