ORDER
This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.10354 of 2026 dated 29.04.2026 directing the Petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10 a.m. until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner suffered serious health issues and on the Doctor's advice, he needed to take complete bed rest and hence he was unable to comply with the condition, and now he is ready and willing to comply with the condition, however, the native place of the petitioner is at Tiruvannamalai and hence prays to modify the condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Police has strongly objected for modification stating that the petitioner has not at all complied the condition even for a single day.
4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has not at all complied the condition even for a single day, this Court is not inclined to consider the prayer of the petitioner.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. 18-06-2026 MJS
