This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to produce the vehicle before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate in order to enable the petitioner to file an application seeking return of vehicle.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the vehicle has been seized and the same will be produced before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate under the relevant form within this week. Thereafter, it is left open to the petitioner to file a petition before the concerned Court and seek for return of vehicle.
