O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to survey the petitioner's land to an extent of 3.30 acres comprised in Survey No.14/8, Thumbathulipatti Village, Salem West, Salem District and to mark the boundaries within a stipulated time by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.11.2020. 2.When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.G.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate taking notice for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent had issued notice to the petitioner calling upon him to be present for an enquiry for surveying the land on 07.01.2021 and that the 2nd respondent, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

after conducting enquiry would send the report to the 1st respondent for passing orders.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, I direct the respondents 1 & 2 to complete the exercise of surveying, after giving notice to all the interested parties and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from 07.01.2021.

4.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
