This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17188 of 2022 on 25.07.2022, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police twice daily at 10.30 am and 5.30 pm for a period of four weeks.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice in a week i.e., on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
