The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file Review Application in relation to the order dated 28.02.2017 passed in W.P.No.12125 of 2013. He has also made an endorsement to the said effect.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
