ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner namely (b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8808 of 2026 dated 30.04.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions made on either sides and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.8808 of 2026 dated 30.04.2026. Accordingly, the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered.
