Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the first Respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 19.07.2021, regarding to disburse the monthly consolidated pay at increased rate as is being paid in other Districts in the light of the Government letter No.11931/CGS1/2020-1, dated 09.02.2021.

ORDER

The petitioner who is working as a Block Level Coordinator on consolidated pay, have filed this Writ Petition seeking to enhance the pay taking into consideration of the enhanced pay granted in neighbouring Districts.

2. In this regard, the Directorate of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Development, Saidapet, Chennai - 600 015 has issued a proceedings dated 11.09.2023 in Lr.Rc.No.33032/2021/SBM (G)-1, for enhancing the pay more than what was paid to the petitioner. In compliance to the above proceedings issued to the District Collectors, the District Collectors have also implemented the same by passing the orders for raising the pay to the petitioner.

3. Since, the petitioner has already got his remedy in view of the subsequent developments, the Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. No costs.
