By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. In the death certificate of petitioner's wife, her name is wrongly given as Bharathi whereas her name is Fathima. This is sought to be corrected and a representation to that effect is given by the petitioner. 3.Mrs.P.T.Ramadevi, the learned standing counsel has taken notice for the 1st respondent. Ms.N.Senthilselvi, the learned Government Advocate has taken notice for the 2nd respondent.

4.The petitioner is now required to make an online request for correction and once it is done, the 2nd respondent is required to hold an enquiry and correct the same and issue a fresh certificate if so required, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date on which the online application is made. 2/4
