ORDER

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.2219 of 2022 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge at Alandur and transfer the same to Additional Subordinate Judge at Hosur to try along with H.M.O.P.No.16 of 2022.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the number of the petition filed by the respondent/husband before the learned Subordinate Judge, Alandur is H.M.O.P.No.2219 of 2021. He further submitted that the petitioner in her trasnfer petition mentioned the same as H.M.O.P.No.2219 of 2022 instead of H.M.O.P.No.2219 of 2021.

3. Therefore, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition giving correct number. No costs. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
