COMMON ORDER When the matters were taken up for consideration on 23.01.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matters were directed to be posted today, i.e. on 29.01.2018 under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner either in person or through its learned counsel.

2. However, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that since the relief sought for in these writ petitions has become infructuous, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous.

No costs.
