Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on them that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.12443 of 2018 dated 27.04.2018 in connection with Cr.No.275 of 2018 pending investigation on the file of the respondent police.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.M.R.RAJENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS. M.PRABHAVATHI, ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12443 of 2018 on 27.04.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.12443 of 2018 on 27.04.2018 regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.12443 of 2018 on 27.04.2018 is relaxed. However, the petitioner will himself be available, as and when required by the respondent.
