ORDER
In view of the subsequent development namely the dismissal of the writ petition also the dismissal of the Writ appeal, this Contempt petition arising out of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
the interim order passed cannot be kept pending any further, therefore, stands closed.
2. However, Ms.D.Geetha, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that during the period of stay, the petitioner had not been paid his due salary. In case, he was entitled to the salary during the period of interim order, it is up to him to make a representation to the Management and if such representation is made, the Management shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible.
