Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to pass orders on the Appeal Petition submitted by the petitioner dated 29.12.2020 followed by reminders dated 18.01.2021 and 10.04.2021 and to appropriately revise the panel for the year 2017 and 2018 for the post of Deputy Tahsildar on inclusion of the name of the petitioner in the appropriate place in the revised panel based on seniority and eligibility within the estimate of vacancies for the relevant panel year, consequent to the orders passed by Hon'ble Supreme court of India in Civil Appeal Nos.251 to 256 of 2015 dated 12.03.2019, with all consequential and other attendant benefits.
